Free Outdoor Meditation Circle | Funky Buddha Yoga

Join us as we come together in community to learn about Nature Meditations and practice meditation!

🧘🏻This session will start with 10-15 minutes of very gentle movement to help us get ready for meditation.
🧘🏼 We’ll have a short teaching and discussion on The 4 Elements: Fire, Water, Air, Earth–and how to use it daily; finding grounding for ourselves and others in difficult situations by connecting to Earth.
🧘🏽 Ending with, at least, 30 minutes of meditation.

🧘🏾 Reminder, you don’t need to have meditation practice to join! If you'd like to learn more about meditation check out our Youtube! Or head over to our blog! We’ll always give many options so you can find comfort and resourcing as you practice.

🧘🏿 This class is free for members, at our regular drop-in rate, or use your class pack!
